EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all convention sessions for CE credit at no additional cost. You are also invited to attend the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday afternoon Service of Remembrance, and the Tuesday evening President's Reception at no additional costs. Breakfast, lunch and reception appetizers are provided.
If you are interested in golfing during our WFDA Leadership Development Foundation Golf Outing, you will need to register here. You can register as a single golfer, a foursome or a hole sponsor. Please disregard if you signed up to golf or sponsor during your original exhibitor registration.

There will be an air wall between the sessions and the expo floor on June 14 until 12:15 pm. After that, it will be open for the rest of the afternoon. On this day, we are having an hour and a half of dedicated vendor time from 2:45 to 4:15, followed by the Service of Remembrance and the President's reception. We always welcome vendors to attend. The airwall will be back up on June 15 for the entirety of the day as it only continuing education courses that day.
EXHIBITOR TABLE MAP
Table assignments have been finalized. You can view the exhibitor map here. All exhibitors receive one 8ft skirted table with two chairs. Silver sponsors receive two tables and Gold Sponsors receive three tables. Exhibitors who requested electricity have an outlet assigned on the map. If you need electricity and don't see it on the map, please reach out to office@wfda.info by Wednesday, June 8.
EVENT PROGRAM
All logos and convention ads are due by Friday, May 20, at 5pm to office@wfda.info.
- Bronze level exhibitors receive - color logo in program
- Silver level exhibitors receive - color logo in program, half page horizontal full color ad
- Gold level exhibitors receive - color logo in program, full page color ad, sponsor signage at the event.
