Christopher Ruditys Executive Director Chris leads WAM with over twenty years of association management experience. He specializes in business development, lobbying, advocacy, public outreach, board relations, and executive management. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He serves as the Executive Director for ISM-Chicago and was named in the “40 under 40” in the Business Journal in 2001. |
Megan Montgomery, M.A. Association Manager Megan advances WFDA’s goals through board and member support, communications, event planning, website management, newsletter updates, and administrative duties. Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University. She will earn her Doctoral degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee this winter. |
Adam Woznicki, CPA Chief Financial Officer Adam oversees all financial transactions and bookkeeping. He also specializes in transitional leadership, systems optimization, and internal control structuring. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and then followed up with another Bachelor of Science degree from UW-La Crosse in Accounting. Adam also became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin in 2010. |
