Each session will take place virtually every Thursday at 12:00 pm and will offer one CEU.

Session 1: Bouncing Back After COVID-19: Strategies to Heal & Thrive in Life & Business, Jason Troyer - 1 CEU CAT 4
The coronavirus pandemic created significant disruption to funeral services. Funeral professionals now have an opportunity to reflect and rebuild their business and their personal lives. In this presentation, I review specific strategies to heal from the challenges of the pandemic and emerge stronger and better prepared for future challenges. Topics will include dealing with the lingering emotional stress, adopting time-saving strategies and tools, and creating processes that will better equip you to withstand future crises.
