License Renewals must be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) no later than Sunday, December 14, 2025 for Funeral Directors and Wednesday, December 31 for Apprentices. The renewal process is open now. You will need to submit the following:

• A fee of $75 ($100 with late fee) for funeral directors, or $10 ($35 with late fee) for apprentices
• Signature regarding the completion of Continuing Education (15 CEU hours per biennium with a minimum of 3 credits in each of the 4 CEU categories)
